
Uzoma Agba is a Berlin-based startup evaluator, business mentor and digital skills trainer specializing in deeptech, edtech and impact-driven entrepreneurship. She has evaluated research and innovation proposals for Horizon 2020, Horizon Europe and other EU-funded programmes with FundingBox, F6S and the ICAERUS project. Alongside this, Uzoma designs and delivers curricula, bootcamps and workshops for incubators and initiatives such as Mashauri, Seedstars and Google’s Hustle Academy and Grow with Google programmes, focusing on strategic marketing, AI for productivity, data-driven decision-making and investor readiness.
She has mentored hundreds of startups on business models, branding, go-to-market strategy and fundraising, contributing to several six-figure grant wins, and has trained thousands of SMEs in social media marketing and digital presence through Innovation Growth Hub and other tech community platforms.
She is also a member of the Global Online Education Taskforce in partnership with UNESCO which brings together NGOs, UN, Investors, University, Library, Research organisation, musuems, school districts media organisation which focuses on complex systems thinking, entreprenuership, economic resilence , sustainable development, climate action and artificial intelligence that helps students outcomes through combining forces and knowledge.

ICAERUS is a Horizon Europe research and innovation project (GA No. 101060643) that explores how drones (UAVs) can be used as multi-purpose tools in agriculture, forestry and rural areas. It focuses on five main use cases – crop monitoring, drone spraying, livestock monitoring, forestry & biodiversity, and rural logistics – to demonstrate, in real conditions, how drones can improve productivity, sustainability and safety while also assessing their risks and societal impacts.
