Stevče Arsoski has spent 30+ years translating energy and space technologies into hands-on education in Sisak-Moslavina County. A mentor-teacher at Technical School Sisak, he integrates solar-energy systems and aerospace modules into secondary curricula and public demos.

With the Adriatic Aerospace Association (A3) he has helped mobilize schools and local authorities around Perun-1, Croatia’s first CubeSat, and represented the education strand in high-level meetings (e.g., with the President of Croatia) and TV programs where he showcased an ion thruster and satellite prototypes.

His academic path combines electrical engineering (FER/Univ. of Zagreb) with pedagogical training (PMF), positioning him to bridge STEM education, regional innovation policy, and space entrepreneurship. For SPACE Park, he can speak on school–industry lab models, student satellite projects, and solar-powered mobility demonstrations that build pipelines from classrooms to real pilots.

He is also:

– author and project manager of 2 projects SOELA – solar cars, and “3D factory of the future” design and construction of space Rovers, both projects were implemented in high schools and fully financed by EU funds
– author of 4 textbooks in the field of solar technology and a university textbook on LED lighting.
