Our Approach

Analise your current activities in RD&I, your planned activities or investments and your future strategy in next 1-2 years

Identify EU grants and financing opportunities (regional, national and European programmes) in line with your activities and where applicable create a coherent Funding Strategy that follows you RD&I road-map

Assist in scoping the ideas and projects, to determine if and how they fit any identified EU programmes

Identify and contact any necessary partners for the projects, if required

Prepare the application and justification documentation in collaboration with your people and review it with them before making the submission to the relevant awarding bodies or joining consortium

On success, liaise with your designated staff and the awarding body on a periodic basis to report on the project’s milestones and justify the grant payments
