🌱 Low-voltage renewables for Smart-Electricity-Buildings (SEB) is one of the fastest-growing green-tech niches—yet women still occupy only a tiny share of these future-proof jobs. ELeVATE, co-funded by the European Commission, is here to change that.

🔹 Tailored VET boot-camps → hands-on modules in solar micro-grids, battery storage & smart-home wiring—all built around the learning styles and schedules of girls and women.
🔹 Mentor magic → a Europe-wide sisterhood of female engineers, electricians & founders who coach the next generation.
🔹 Myth-busting campaigns → social reels, school pop-ups and TikTok challenges that flip the narrative on “who belongs” in STEM.
🔹 Network power → regional hubs linking trainees to employers, investors and role models—because community equals confidence.
🌍 Why it matters
Every SEB system installed means lower CO₂, cheaper energy bills—and another tech career that should be open to everyone. With strong backing from local & national authorities plus top VET providers, ELeVATE is building a blueprint any region can copy.
