Maja Slaveva
Director of Strategic Communications, Partnerships & Talent
Maja Slaveva is a strategic communications, human resources and international cooperation professional with extensive experience in public relations, stakeholder engagement, talent acquisition, business development and project coordination. She holds a Master’s Degree in Strategic Communication Management and is currently pursuing a PhD in Security Studies.
Throughout her professional career, Maja has worked with international organisations, businesses, public institutions and diplomatic environments, developing expertise in strategic communication, media relations, recruitment, intercultural cooperation, event management and organisational development. She has also been actively involved in international networking, research and initiatives related to security, resilience and strategic communication.
At EMKICE KIC, Maja is responsible for SEBCoVE project Com&Diss and ELeVATE Project Com&Diss, and general strategic communications, institutional and international partnerships, talent and community development, and stakeholder engagement. Within SPACE Park Skopje, she contributes to building the innovation ecosystem by connecting startups, experts, mentors, companies, institutions and international partners.
With her multidisciplinary background, international orientation and strong communication and networking skills, Maja supports EMKICE and SPACE Park in strengthening their visibility, partnerships and human capital while creating new opportunities for cooperation and innovation.
