
Magdalena Arabadjieva MSc is an English and French teacher and Erasmus+ project manager from Valandovo, North Macedonia, dedicated to opening European opportunities for pupils, schools and local communities. She teaches at Primary School “Josip Broz Tito” in Valandovo and has more than a decade of experience in international cooperation, combining classroom work with project design and coordination.
With an MBA in Strategic Human Resource Management and previous management experience in the private sector, Magdalena brings together strong organisational, intercultural and pedagogical skills, making her a key bridge between schools, European partners and local stakeholders in Valandovo and beyond.
Magdalena has led and participated in five Erasmus+ school projects, including both mobility and KA2 strategic partnership initiatives, where she has been responsible for preparing and guiding pupils and staff through exchanges, developing project materials, and ensuring that results are shared widely in the school and the collaboration with the municipality.
Building on this experience, she is now engaged in the centralised Erasmus+ SEBCoVE project as Regional CoVE Centre Project Manager for the South-East region of North Macedonia, supporting VET excellence, smart electricity for buildings and new skills for the green and digital transition.
In parallel, she is part of the centralised Erasmus+ ELeVATE project, where she is responsible for communication and coordination with external finance and accounting companies for both SEBCoVE and ELeVATE project, ensuring smooth financial flows and compliance.
