The ELeVETE project officially kicked off in Berlin with a successful consortium meeting, bringing together 10 EU partners dedicated to advancing gender inclusion in the green tech sector.
🎯 Project Mission:
ELeVETE seeks to break down barriers for girls and women in net-zero technologies, focusing on Vocational Education and Training (VET) within the Smart Electricity for Buildings (SEB) sector.

To develop inclusive training pathways tailored for women in green tech
To establish impactful mentorship programs and promote female role models
To raise awareness about the need for gender balance in sustainable technology sectors
To build supportive networks that ensure long-term inclusion and empowerment
Together, the consortium is working to create a more inclusive, diverse, and sustainable energy future.
