(Empowering Women in Green Tech and Net-Zero Smart-Energy Building Technologies),
with a total budget of €1.2 million.
🌍 Our mission is to open clear pathways for girls and women to enter and thrive in
VET careers that power the green-tech future—specifically low-voltage,
renewables-based smart-electricity systems for buildings (SEB).
🚀 Our Key Activities:
🔹 Tailored VET programs – hands-on courses designed around women’s
needs in net-zero technologies.
🔹 Mentorship & role models – a strong mentor network connecting
learners with inspiring female engineers and entrepreneurs.
🔹 Awareness & advocacy – campaigns reshaping perceptions of
“Women in STEM” and highlighting the importance of diverse green-tech teams.
🔹 Supportive networks – regional hubs connecting students,
professionals, industry leaders and policymakers to accelerate career development
and skills growth.
🌱 Building the Future of Green Careers
Developed in partnership with local, regional and national authorities as an
Erasmus+ “Policy Experimentation” action, ELeVATE will create a
toolbox of best practices that regions can adopt to attract, educate and mentor
women into sustainable-energy careers.
