👥 Who Can Apply?
The call is open to:
🔹 EIC Awardees under Horizon 2020 and Horizon Europe:
• EIC Pathfinder
• EIC Transition
• EIC Accelerator
🔹 Seal of Excellence holders under Horizon Europe 🏅
🔹 Spin-offs from EIC Awardees 🚀
These must be demonstrable through legal documentation. The project coordinator must also provide a written declaration confirming the connection between the spin-off and the EIC project.

Applicants must fall into one of the following categories:
📌 EIC Pathfinder Awardees
📌 EIC Transition Awardees
📌 EIC Accelerator Awardees
📌 Horizon Europe Seal of Excellence holders
📌 Spin-offs from EIC Awardees, supported by the required legal documentation
2️⃣ Legal entity requirement ⚖️
🏢 The company applying for the EIC ACCESS+ grant must be registered in an EU Member State or an EU Associated Country.
